IT System Administration:
You look after our IT infrastructure across its entire lifecycle: installation, configuration, updates, and migrations. Your focus is on the local network, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Network & Microsoft 365 Administration:
You operate and maintain our on-premises network, including switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPN. You also manage our Microsoft 365 environment, i.e. users, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.

Endpoint Management with Intune:
You manage our endpoint devices with Microsoft Intune. This includes device enrollment (e.g. Autopilot), configuration and compliance policies, software distribution, and patch management.

Monitoring & IT Security:
You monitor the availability and security of the network, endpoints, and M365 services. You enforce security policies (e.g. MFA and Conditional Access), detect disruptions early, and ensure reliable operations.

Process Optimization & Documentation:
You standardize and automate recurring administration tasks. You document the network and system landscape and further develop our IT standards.

IT Support & Technical Consulting:
You are the point of contact for our employees on IT questions, especially regarding the network, endpoints, and Microsoft 365.

• You have a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a vocational qualification as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent
• You bring solid professional experience (min. 3-5 years) in an IT environment
• You know Intune and M365 services from daily practice
• Ideally, you have first experience with Entra ID and Microsoft Azure
• You manage mobile devices securely and routinely
• You ensure a well-functioning on-premises network
• You work in an organized, independent manner and want to help shape technological developments through initiative and teamwork
