Du begleitest den gesamten Employee Life Cycle – von A wie Arbeitsvertrag bis Z wie Zeugnis
Du verfasst und veröffentlichst zielgerichtet attraktive Stellenanzeigen und betreust den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess
Du betreibst Active Sourcing über passende Kanäle
Du begleitest unsere Onboarding-Prozesse und unterstützt bei Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
Du wirkst an unserer Careerwebsite, in Social Media und bei Personalmarketingaktivitäten mit
Du arbeitest an der Einführung neuer Tools sowie an der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen mit
Du hilfst bei der Organisation von Team- und Recruitingevents
Du führst organisatorische und personaladministrative Tätigkeiten durch

Das macht Dich aus

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau) oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources
Erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich (Recruiting, Personaladministration, Praktikum oder Werkstudententätigkeit)
Idealerweise erste Einblicke ins Software-/Tech-Recruiting oder Interesse, sich einzuarbeiten
Erfahrung mit HR-Software und Active Sourcing von Vorteil
Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise mit Teamplayer-Mentalität
Organisationstalent und Hands-on Mentalität
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Diskretion

Your mission

You manage the entire employee life cycle including recruiting, reference letters, employment contract and onboarding
You create and publish targeted, attractive job postings and oversee the entire application process
You conduct active sourcing through appropriate channels
You support our onboarding processes and assist with training and development initiatives
You contribute to our career website, social media, and employer branding activities
You work on the implementation of new HR tools and the optimization of HR processes
You assist in organizing team and recruitment events
You carry out organizational and personnel administrative tasks

Your profile

Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk) or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Initial experience in HR (recruiting, personnel administration, internship, or working student role)
Ideally, first insights into software/tech recruiting or strong interest in learning this area
Experience with HR software and active sourcing is a plus
Good English skills and confident use of MS Office
Structured, reliable, and precise working style with a team-player mentality
Organizational talent and hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills and discretion
