Das erwartet Dich

Neben den ausbildungsspezifischen Schwerpunkten wirst du folgende Tätigkeiten übernehmen:
Du arbeitest eng mit unserem technischen Sales Team zusammen und wirst dabei in Kontakt mit weltweit führenden Unternehmen im Maschinenbau kommen
Du unterstützt unsere Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten
Du betreust unsere Social Media Kanäle (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Du unterstützt uns bei der Organisation und Koordination von Büroabläufen
Du koordinierst und überwachst die Termine unserer Aufträge und Bestellungen
Du unterstützt unser Buchhaltung und Controlling in der Erstellung von unternehmensweiten Reportings
Du bist für die Bestellung von Betriebsmitteln und Marketing-Material verantwortlich

Bis zu deinem Ausbildungsbeginn verfügst du über einen mittleren Schulabschluss, die Allgemeine Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulreife
Du zählst Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft zu deinen Eigenschaften
Du bringst Organisationstalent und Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen mit
Du arbeitest engagiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig
Du kommunizierst sicher und respektvoll gegenüber Kollegen und Kunden
Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse in MS Office

Your mission

You will work closely with our technical sales team and come into contact with leading machine-building companies worldwide
You will support our online marketing activities
You will manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
You will support us in organizing and coordinating office processes
You will coordinate and monitor schedules for our orders and purchases
You will assist our accounting and controlling teams in preparing company-wide reports
You will be responsible for ordering office supplies and marketing materials

Your profile

By the start of your apprenticeship, you have completed a secondary school diploma, general higher education entrance qualification, or entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences
Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn are among your strengths
You have organizational talent and an interest in commercial workflows
You work with commitment, accuracy, and independence
You communicate confidently and respectfully with colleagues and customers
You have basic knowledge of MS Office
