Das erwartet Dich

Du entwickelst eine klare Produktstrategie für ein neues Produkt
Du entwickelst eine skalierbare Roadmap und setzt diese um
Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von neuen Features über Optimierungen bis hin zu Skalierungsinitiativen
Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering, Customer Success und den Foundern zusammen
Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement für cross-funktionale Initiativen
Du definierst KPIs und trackst diese zur Erfolgsmessung

Das macht Dich aus

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Produktteams idealerweise im SaaS- oder Plattformumfeld /in einem SaaS- oder AI-Startup
Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Skalierung von Produkten
Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Steuerung von Produkt-Roadmaps
Strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken mit einem Gespür für Markttrends
Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität

Your mission

You develop a clear product strategy for a new product
You create a scalable roadmap and execute it
You take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle – from new features to optimizations and scaling initiatives
You work closely with engineering, customer success, and the founders
You manage projects for cross-functional initiatives
You define KPIs and track them to measure success

Your profile

Several years of experience leading product teams, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment / in a SaaS or AI startup
Proven track record in scaling products
Knowledge of agile project management methods
Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of market trends
Leadership skills, strong communication, and a hands-on mentality
