Das erwartet Dich
  • Du unterstützt den Vertrieb fachlich und technisch über den gesamten Pre-Sales-Prozess hinweg und führst Kunden sicher zum Technical Win
  • Du analysierst Einkaufsprozesse für technische Bauteile sowie angrenzende Bereiche wie Engineering, Produktion und Supply Chain
  • Du führst strukturierte Discovery-Workshops mit Einkauf, Technik, IT und Management durch
  • Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in PartSpace AI Use-Cases und entwickelst daraus belastbare Lösungskonzepte, überzeugende Demo-Storylines und eine klare Mehrwertargumentation
  • Du hältst überzeugende Produkt-Demos mit Fokus auf Use-Cases, Prozesse, Daten und Business Impact
  • Du berätst Kunden zur Integration von PartSpace AI in bestehende IT-Landschaften (ERP, PLM/PDM, SRM, eProcurement) und adressierst IT-, Security- und Architekturfragen
  • Du begleitest PoCs und Pilotprojekte inkl. Definition, Messung und Bewertung von Erfolgskriterien
  • Du beantwortest fachliche und technische Kundenanfragen (z. B. RFPs / RFIs)
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt, Engineering und Customer Success zusammen und stellst eine strukturierte Übergabe an Implementierung und Onboarding sicher
Das macht Dich aus
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pre-Sales oder Consulting von Enterprise-SaaS-Lösungen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder technischen Einkauf
  • Du kannst fachliche Anforderungen in konkrete AI Use-Cases und Lösungsszenarien übersetzen und diese souverän vertreten
  • Du kommunizierst sicher zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Management und erklärst komplexe technische Zusammenhänge klar, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Beratungsmentalität und hohe Kundenorientierung mit
  • Du steigerst Win Rate und Deal-Qualität durch überzeugende, Use-Case-basierte Lösungskonzepte
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Support Sales both functionally and technically throughout the entire pre-sales process and lead customers to a technical win
  • Analyze procurement processes for technical components as well as adjacent areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
  • Conduct structured discovery workshops with Procurement, Engineering, IT, and Management stakeholders
  • Translate business and technical requirements into PartSpace AI use cases and develop robust solution concepts, compelling demo storylines, and clear value propositions
  • Deliver convincing product demos with a strong focus on use cases, processes, data, and business impact
  • Advise customers on integrating PartSpace AI into existing IT landscapes (ERP, PLM/PDM, SRM, eProcurement) and address IT, security, and architecture-related questions
  • Accompany proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects, including the definition, measurement, and evaluation of success criteria
  • Respond to functional and technical customer inquiries (e.g. RFPs / RFIs)
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams and ensure a structured handover to implementation and onboarding
Your profile
  • A completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in pre-sales or consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally in an industrial environment or technical procurement
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into concrete AI use cases and solution scenarios and represent them confidently
  • Ability to communicate effectively across business, IT, and management, explaining complex technical concepts clearly, understandably, and tailored to the audience
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong consulting mindset with a high level of customer orientation
  • Proven ability to increase win rates and deal quality through compelling, use-case-driven solution concepts
  • Very good German and English language skills
