To keep driving our growth, we're looking for you to join us as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) in the B2B SaaS space, taking the next step together with us. Your mission

  • You identify and develop enterprise target accounts in the DACH market and generate new business opportunities through a mix of outbound (approx. 70%) and inbound (approx. 30%)
  • You research accounts, identify relevant decision-makers, and build relationships with various contacts within your target accounts
  • You combine multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn with a personalized, tailored approach rather than standard sequences
  • You conduct discovery and qualification calls with technical buyers, subject matter experts, and decision-makers, identifying their challenges around technical procurement processes
  • You work closely with our Account Executives, prepare qualified opportunities, and support the growth of strategic enterprise accounts
  • You manage your performance based on clear KPIs such as decision-maker meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, continuously developing yourself along the way
  • You reliably maintain your activities and opportunities in HubSpot and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product
  • You bring your experience in B2B SaaS sales to actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our enterprise business

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, a degree (e.g., Business Administration or Business Informatics), or a comparable qualification
  • You bring 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a comparable outbound sales role within B2B SaaS
  • You have a strong hunter mentality and enjoy actively winning new customers
  • You don't need to be an engineer - what matters more to us is your interest in technical environments and your ability to recognize the pain points of technical buyers
  • You ideally already have some exposure to manufacturing industry, procurement, or complex/technical software solutions
  • You're hands-on, eager to learn, and a genuine team player
  • You work in a structured, self-driven, and KPI-oriented way
  • You communicate clearly and persuasively in both German and English
  • You believe in our product and our mission, and you're able to convince others of it too
