Your mission
Strategic Market Development & Account Strategy
You actively help shape the go-to-market strategy for the manufacturing sector, select your target customers based on market potential and entry barriers, and build a strong pipeline. This positions PartSpace as an indispensable partner for engineering, procurement, and cost engineering teams.
Prospecting, Sales Cycle & Closing
As a true hunter, you proactively approach new customers through cold outreach, networking, and industry events, and steer complex enterprise deals confidently through to close.
Solution Selling & Pain-Point Discovery
In discovery conversations with engineering, procurement, and operations leaders, you dig deep, uncover pain points, and turn them into compelling, value-based solution proposals that resonate even at C-level and within hierarchically structured organizations.
Growing and Retaining Existing Customers
You turn every customer you win into a long-term partnership, actively drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities, and make sure no growth potential is left untapped.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You work closely with Sales Leadership, SDRs, Marketing, as well as Product and Customer Success teams, bringing these forces together for a powerful go-to-market approach.
Revenue Ownership & Forecasting
You take full ownership of your revenue targets and are a key driver of growth in the manufacturing segment. Using a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC), you keep your opportunities firmly under control and ensure crystal-clear forecasting and pipeline management in our CRM.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, or alternatively bring comparably compelling hands-on experience
- You have an impressive track record in B2B SaaS sales with significant revenue responsibility and a history of closing complex enterprise deals
- You have an in-depth understanding of engineering, procurement, and cost engineering processes and speak the language of technical stakeholders
- You're well-versed in working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- You navigate complex, hierarchically structured organizations with confidence and win over even the toughest decision-makers
- You bring solid experience with structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC
- You're ambitious, persistent, and highly competitive
- You convince at every decision-making level with strong communication and negotiation skills
- You're fluent in German and English
- You already have a strong network within the manufacturing industry
